About the apprenticeship programme


At Newmark, we collaborate with the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) to offer you a varied selection of apprenticeship opportunities across commercial real estate. This allows you to choose the pathway that fits best with your career aspiration.

Our BSc (Level 6) apprenticeships take around five years to complete. To be eligible, you’ll need to have the following:

  • GCSE English and Maths Level 4 (Grade C) or above
  • A minimum of 96 UCAS points
  • Students are required to be 18 years or over at the start of their programme
