New scheme announced in 2022 for those businesses whose rate demand would otherwise increase by more than £300. Under the proposed scheme a ratepayer who was in occupation on 31 March 23 will pay:
- 33% of additional liability in 2023/24
- 66% in 2024/25
- full liability in 2025/26
