London, UK (April 3, 2025) — Newmark announces it has secured six new leases and two upsizes for Skechers throughout Spain, France and Italy, spanning more than 3,500 square metres. Newmark has represented Skechers for more than 15 years, continuing to support its ongoing European expansion, the latest of which includes:
Spain
- Murcia, a new 1,043 square-metre store at Parque Mediterraneo, a retail park located in Cartagena
- Madrid, an upsize in Neinver-operated outlet centre San Sebastian de Los Reyes The Style Outlets, totaling 574 square metres
- Madrid, a new 345 square-metre store at Islazul shopping centre, one of the city’s larger shopping centres
- Lleida, a new 301 square-metre store at Promenade Lleida, a new shopping centre currently in development
France
- Paris, a new 321 square-metre store at a URW-owned shopping centre, Rosny 2, the second-largest shopping center in eastern Paris, attracting approximately 14.7 million visitors annually
- Paris, a new 314 square-metre store at Créteil Soleil, Klepierre shopping mall. Housing 270 brands, this shopping centre welcomes around 21 million visitors each year. In 2019, Créteil Soleil underwent a 12,000 square metre extension, introducing a “Food Avenue,” additional retail spaces and a cinema complex
- Troyes, a new 302 square-metre outlet store at Troyes McAurthurGlen Designer Outlet
Italy
- Milan, a 443 square-metre upsize at Vicolungo The Style Outlets, a Neinver-operated outlet centre
