Want to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate? Then Newmark’s Internship Programme may be for you. Dive into real projects, learn from industry leaders, and make your mark in a field that’s constantly evolving. Set in our London West End office, you’ll gain invaluable insights into our services, clients and networks – giving you a chance to experience real estate first-hand.
Although we currently only offer internships in our London office, please reach out if you’re interested in our other locations and we will try to accommodate your request.

Who is the internship programme for?
Our Internship Programme is a great opportunity for second and final year students, as well as recent graduates, to develop their skills. We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds, whether cognate or non-cognate, so prior real estate experience isn’t necessary. We value passion over anything, so you’ll need to show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and expand on your skills and knowledge.
What you can expect
Our programme offers four weeks of full-time paid work experience, immersing you in the dynamic environment of Newmark. You’ll collaborate with current graduates and senior professionals across a range of projects, giving you a good understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
