I am with the Office Agency team based in our Birmingham Office with particular expertise advising occupiers, landowners and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of office premises as well as lease restructuring, building refurbishment, masterplanning, development strategy.
My experience majors on the disposal, development and acquisition of out-of-town office buildings across the Midlands, largely focusing on the M42, M40, M6 and M5 corridors.

- Columbia Threadneedle – Acted on behalf of and continue to be retained on multiple office buildings across the Midlands
- Cadent – Acquired on a pre let basis their new 90,000 sq ft Headquarters office in yesCoventry, as well as a new 25,000 sq ft hub in Wolverhampton
- National Grid – Numerous offices acquisition across a 20-year period including the relocation of 46,000 sq ft in Solihull
