I am a leader in the Planning and Development team at Newmark specialising in development consultancy. I have extensive experience in delivering viable solutions for complex development and regeneration projects, supporting major development opportunities through the planning process both in London and across the UK.
I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI), with approximately 18 years of experience. I have previously worked as both a planning consultant and a commercial property valuation surveyor.
My work focuses on development viability and valuation, including advice on scheme feasibility studies and financial viability assessments (FVAs) in connection with planning applications.
A core area of my expertise is advising on strategic brownfield regeneration sites and developments.
My experience spans a wide range of development uses, including residential and commercial property. I also lead on the alternative residential financial viability workstreams within the Development team at Gerald Eve, specialising in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BTR), Co-Living and the Later Living sectors.
