I am Head of Newmark UK’s Property and Asset Management (PAM) team. I have 15+ years’ of property management experience, having joined Gerald Eve from Helix Property Advisors where I was a main board Director.
I was tasked with creating, and am now part of, a business center to work with commercial landlords to help assets reach their potential. The team creates asset strategies that identify opportunities for capital and income growth. I help lead an award-winning team of facilities managers, building managers and surveyors to provide bespoke property management solutions to commercial landlords, focusing on value, sustainability and proactive income protection.
My past experience has mainly centered on private clients, for whom I have been charged with compiling and executing aggressive Property and Asset management strategies. Bringing vast property management experience, I worked for large institutional investors such as Aberdeen Asset Management and Barclays UK Retirement Fund, for whom I was involved in the sale of the Peloton Portfolio. I am heavily involved in the management of The Daily Mail Pension Fund, Christ Hospital Foundation, Bank of England, as well as with private clients including The Qatari Royal Family, Clients of Citi and Sete London.
