Charles Toogood leads the National Offices team at Newmark in the UK. Bringing over 25 years of industry experience, Charles specialises in city centre office agency, development advisory and tenant representation. He plays a key role in expanding our presence in the UK market, to position Newmark at the forefront of the sector, offering best-in-class advisory services to clients.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Office Agents Society, Charles has worked with high-profile clients such as Hines, Federated Hermes, Argent, LGIM, DLA Piper and Birmingham City University.
Formerly, Charles was Principal and Managing Director of the National Offices and Lease Advisory Team at Avison Young, where he led the UK team’s operations and strategic direction.
