I have over 12 years’ experience in providing business rates advice to developers, landlords and occupiers across the retail and restaurant sectors, I work predominantly in London and the South East and am based in our London West End Office.
Prior to joining Newmark, I gained significant experience in dealing with appeals and rates mitigation across industrial and office markets. I am the client contact for several large retail/restaurant operators and advise them on rating strategy, serving and dealing with appeals, mitigation strategy and budgeting.
Some of my major clients include Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Smiggle, All Saints, Hobbs and Hobbycraft.
