I’m based in our London office where I’ve worked within the industrial and logistics market for six years focussing on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.
I specialise in the disposal and acquisition of industrial and logistics assets across London and South East. I am providing advice across a broad range of scheme sizes including key strategic urban locations and logistics parks offering more than one million sq ft.
I am also providing advice to institutions and private landowners in respect of development land sales across the South East. I have sold in excess of 10 acres of development/IOS land in 2024 and acquired more than 16 acres.
