I work within in the Residential Valuation team, specialising in residential development, Build-to-Rent and Co-Living valuations.
I provide valuation advice on residential-led mixed use schemes from 10 units up to 5,000 unit regeneration schemes nationally across England and I advise funds, lenders and investors on BtR transactions, both in the context of Forward Fund/Commitment due diligence advice and development finance loan security.
I am also at the forefront of advisory on the burgeoning Co-Living market.
