I work within our operational real estate team and specialise in advice on education, healthcare and other institutional property. My experience includes valuation, lease advisory, acquisitions, disposals, development and estate strategy advice.
I am a leading expert in valuation and landlord and tenant matters for independent schools. My wide-ranging valuation expertise includes private and NHS healthcare property, universities and colleges including student housing, and churches. I have significant experience in the acquisition, disposal and development of education, healthcare and charity property throughout the UK.
I work with Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Imperial College London, Latymer Foundation, Dulwich Prep London and Ramsay Hospitals.
I also provide valuations for loan security purposes of education, healthcare and institutional properties throughout the UK for Barclays, Lloyds, HSBC and other banks.
Recent Projects
- Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – I act as the key client partner for the Trust providing regular valuations of the Trust’s estate for financial re-porting purposes and additional valuation and lease advisory services in respect of the Trust’s many third party occupiers.
- Brunel University – I advised on the valuation for loan security of the University’s student accommodation at their Uxbridge Campus containing over 4,600 student bedrooms.
- Imperial College London – I co-ordinated valuation of the University’s endowment portfolio of non-operational assets totalling over £350 million.
