I am the Head of UK Valuation, leading Newmark’s valuation team in the United Kingdom. I have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of valuations across all sectors. My personal sector specialism is residential, and I advise banks, developers, house builders, public bodies, local authorities, private equity funds, and property companies. I provide advice for numerous purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal, as well as mergers and transactions.
My entire career has been focused on the valuation of residential property and residential-led mixed-use schemes. I have been involved in valuing some of the largest regeneration schemes in London, including Earls Court, Kings Cross, and The Royal Docks. Additionally, I have advised on numerous market-defining Build to Rent developments and, more recently, Co-Living schemes. I also have significant experience in the valuation of high-value single assets in Prime Central London and the home counties.
I also provide Expert Witness advice, recently acting in a diminution of value claim between a listed residential developer and a contractor related to a flood within
a newly completed PCL scheme, a rights of light claim in central London, and a diminution of value claim regarding cladding and structural defects on 800 flats in
East London.
