I am a leader in the Planning and Development Team here at Newmark.
I have over 19 years’ experience, predominately within the public sector, advising councillors on policy formation, strategy and decision making in relation to numerous large-scale redevelopment proposals within sensitive central London locations. My previous role as a senior officer gives me a unique insight and understanding into the public sector and political interactions.
I have advised clients on a diverse range of planning and development issues. This includes planning advice for numerous large-scale complex redevelopment and regeneration projects. I have also been involved in policy review and formation, compulsory purchase orders, judicial reviews, public engagement, academic research and have appeared as expert witness at numerous public inquiries.
I am advising leading UK and international investors, developers and occupiers on all aspects of town planning.
