I am an Associate in Gerald Eve’s commercial valuation team. With over 5 years experience in the property sector I am responsible for valuation advisory across a wide range of asset classes purposes.
My recent instructions have included loan security valuations for a major life science park valued at £300 million, financial valuations for a billion pound central London estate and a single let prime city office for investment monitoring purposes. I also provide valuations for capital taxation purposes, stock market listings, acquisition due diligence, fund performance measures, charities act reports and financial reporting.
I act as an advisor to a wide range of clients including lenders, both high street, investment, development and overseas as well as property investors, funds, developers and charities.
Oxford Science Park – I was valuation lead for Oxford Science Park providing a loan security valuation for which I identified key value significant features developed an in depth understanding of the parks ecosystem and highlighted future growth opportunities and areas of greater risk in order to deliver the valuation.
