I work within our Property and Asset Management (PAM) team based in our London West End office. I specialise in managing commercial property assets on behalf of landlords in order to enhance property values, maximise rental income and ensure occupier retention.
I focus on providing strategic proactive asset management through the implementation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears as well as the identification of redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities and wider property management issues. The portfolios currently under my management comprise of a mixture of assets across the UK ranging from retail, industrial, leisure, residential and office properties. My other work includes dealing with assignments, subletting, applications for alterations, variations to leases and also assisting with rent, insurance and service charge collection.
A recent project was the surrender of a lease where the tenant had gone through a restructuring process and we simultaneously completed a new lease to another gym operator of a superior covenant which significantly improved asset value and enabled the Fund to sell the asset.
