I work in Newmark UK’s Corporate Property Management team delivering strategic advice and solutions for occupiers predominantly in the retail, leisure and hospitality industry. Having formerly worked in-house for a FTSE 100 company, I provide considered real estate advice to clients regardless of their portfolio size and have been involved in business roll outs, M&As, disposals and corporate restructuring all working closely with key stakeholders.
My role is to help orchestrate and support business needs by providing a ready made extension to your in house property teams - whether that be on a day to day level or project specific led. We can look at lease administration to disposal strategies drawing upon the expert knowledge across the wider Newmark Global network.
I currently manage the property portfolios for Marriot, AB InBev, Azzurri and Clermont Hotels, having previously been involved with Costa Coffee, Pizza Express, Metro Bank PLC, Caprice Holdings, Wolseley UK and EDF.
