I am a leader in the industrial and logistics agency team, based in the London office. My main focus is with occupiers, but I also advise on acquisition, disposal and development of industrial accommodation throughout the South of England.
I have worked in the industrial and logistics sector for over 30 years as well as providing advice to landlords, funds and corporate clients in a variety of market sectors. A wide breath of experience and expertise has also allowed me also to work with property experts across Europe and the USA.
I have acted for ATCO Power Generation, Peugeot Citroën Automobiles, Brake plc, Costa, AG Barr, Prologis, DMGT, Ocado and Europa Worldwide Logistics.
Recent Projects
- Barking Power / ATCO Power Generation – I acted on behalf of the joint venture owners of this 1500 MW gas fired power station located on a 42-acre site in Dagenham east London in the sale to another power station operator. Subsequently the new I sold the site to The City of London Corporation on behalf of for ATCO Power Generation.
- Costa – I acted on their behalf in the acquisition of a freehold 90,000 sq. ft. (option to expand to 124,000 sq. ft.) purpose-built coffee roasting facility in Basildon which was developed by Prologis.
- Europa Worldwide Logistics – I acted on the acquisition of a 260,000 sq. ft. purpose built cross dock logistics facility in Dartford south east of London which was developed by Prologis.
