I provide strategic advice to a range of both landlord and tenant clients, primarily focused on rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears, covering large distribution warehouses and multi-let industrial estates.
I advise occupier clients including Dulux, Yodel and Ocado, and landlord clients including Kennedy Wilson, St Modwen, The Arch Company and Clipstone.

- Industrial rent reviews – advice to an occupier client on eight rent reviews in Archway, securing an 18% reduction overall from the landlord’s quoting rents.
- Logistics – advice to an occupier client on rent reviews of distribution warehouses leased in London between circa 40,000 to 180,000 sq ft.
- Expert witness – recently acted as Expert Witness in rental disputes at arbitration in relation to industrial properties in London and Essex.
- Railway arches – lease renewals and rent reviews of railway arches and open storage land across London.
