I lead the Asset Management team at Newmark UK, which covers a wide range of corporate real estate services, property asset management, building consultancy and project management.
I have over 25 years’ experience in property acquisition, disposal, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution and advise on all aspects of lease end strategy and negotiation including dilapidations, break clauses, surrenders, portfolio disposal, insolvency and lease liability provisioning. Working across all types of commercial property, I have a particular focus on Section 18 valuations.
As a trained negotiator, I am experienced in preparing and giving expert witness valuation evidence.
