Niklaas Ingstrup serves as Director for Newmark’s European Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team. Based in London, Ingstrup brings over eight years of real estate and investment banking experience to the role.
Prior to joining Newmark, he served as Vice President, Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised and executed on Public and Private M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Real Estate financing transactions, alongside product specialists and regional teams in Europe, the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
Ingstrup earned a Master of Science in Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of Copenhagen.
