I am a Senior Associate here at Newmark and am experienced in leading teams and delivering projects across UK and Europe. I am passionate about construction and bring energy, focus, and drive to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.
My background and experience of project and programme delivery gives me the experience to deliver a variety of projects, from new flagship stores, multiple stores roll out programme, small capital works or programming capital works expenditure. I am able to develop and implement innovative and bespoke strategies for single or multi-project delivery.

- Feasibility & Technical Due Diligence - I can prepare quick and accurate feasibility reports for smaller projects right through to detailed technical due diligence reports for larger schemes as part of a new lease deal, major redevelopment or refit.
- Project Management - From site selection and feasibility, through design and construction to project handover and defects liability, I take full ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Programme Management - I provide oversight and coordination for your project portfolio, interconnecting and forward planning projects to achieve efficiencies in design, cost and programme.
- Cost & Carbon Accounting - Delivering value is of the upmost importance me. Through challenging the design team, to accurate cost reporting and stringent change management procedures I can help to control project financial outcomes.
- Procurement – I am well experienced in developing bespoke procurement strategies which satisfy governance requirements and can generate market interest to achieve the best value and supply chain for your project.
- Contract Administration – I’m experienced with various forms of contract (JCT, NEC, Client bespoke) and will prepare, negotiate, review and monitor contract performance throughout your project.
