I lead Newmark UK’s Capital Markets focus on the Operational Real Estate sector, this includes: hotels, student accommodation, education, healthcare and leisure industries. I have a strong track record in long income transactions regularly providing advice on sale and leasebacks, ground leases and income strips.
My key clients include Legal & General, LaSalle IM, Canada Life, M&G, KFIM, PGIM, Aberdeen Standard, BlackRock and AEW.

- Premier Inn Funding, Hammersmith – I provided advice on behalf of BAE Systems on the forward funding of a new Premier Inn hotel comprising 189 rooms and worth £50m.
- Premier Inn Funding, Shoreditch – I advised Pace Trustees c/o PGIM on the forward funding of a new Premier Inn Hub hotel comprising 247 rooms worth £52m.
- Care UK Care Home Funding, Chichester – I provided advice for Frontier on the forward funding of a new care home facility comprising 75 beds let on an overriding lease to Care UK worth £19m.
