I specialise in valuation, strategic estates advice and transactions for education, healthcare and other institutional properties, both as operational entities and with vacant possession. I have expertise in advising on operational real estate and identifying opportunities, as well as having an extensive charity client base, principally religious, education and healthcare charities.
