I am based in our West office and have more than 24 years’ experience, mainly involving lease exit matters on commercial property throughout the UK, with a focus on conditional lease breaks and dilapidations matters.
With a background in both investment asset management as well as building surveying matters, I’m part of our specialist Lease Exit team here at Gerald Eve. This is a highly experienced, uniquely configured and cross-discipline service, comprising both building surveyors as well as valuers sitting alongside each other and liaising closely to provide a joined-up approach to both occupiers and landlords in lease-end matters.
My clients include City University of London, Deloitte, C & C Group plc, Schroders, Mapeley Estates, London Underwriting Centre, Whistl and Prudential.
