Simon Prichard is responsible for driving strategy and performance of Newmark in the UK, as well as promoting a more diverse working environment and ensuring that company practices remain best in class. Prichard is continually focused on looking at ways the firm can work smarter and provide an even better level of advice and service to Newmark’s clients.
In 2019, he was appointed chair of the UK and Ireland board of the RICS on a three-year term.
Prior to being appointed senior partner for Gerald Eve, a Newmark company, Prichard was head of Gerald Eve’s City office, and he continues to maintain a focus on client work. He is responsible for the investment and agency transactions for London and south east UK offices, and has advised on some of the largest and highest-profile office transactions and restructuring deals over the past five years.
