We work with those developing a property, or who are an affected adjoining owner, to identify and resolve difficulties relating to adjacent construction works. This includes issues falling under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, and associated neighbourly matters such as scaffold access, tower crane oversail and general liaison.
We advise on the strategy for resolving problems that might otherwise have prevented or interfered with the proposed works, such as scaffolding and crane licences, and our involvement in the early stages of a development will lead to issues being identified and addressed, sometimes through alternative design solutions or negotiations.
We have a deep understanding of legislation, a commercial approach, and an appreciation of the sensitivities involved. We know the key decisions and the importance of making them. We’re in your corner.
