The American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) has taken another floor of office space at 1818 N Street, a place it’s called home since 1993. The organization has signed a new, long-term lease for the fifth floor comprising 6,366 square feet, as well as extended the lease on its current space on the sixth floor, bringing its total to 16,637 square feet in the building.
Newmark managing principals Larry Bank and Bill Zonghetti represented ASEE in the transaction. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, The Lenkin Companies.
“We have assisted ASEE over the course of 18 years and are excited to see its continued growth,” says Bank. “The organization provides a valuable link among corporations, government agencies and educational institutions.”
Founded in 1893, the American Society for Engineering Education is a nonprofit organization of individuals and institutions committed to furthering education in engineering and engineering technology.
