Jon Bourbeau has joined the Miami office of Newmark as senior managing director. An accomplished professional with more than seven years of experience, Bourbeau has long been recognized as a leading tenant advisor in the south Florida market, negotiating more than three million square feet of lease transactions during this period. His clients have included some of the area’s most prominent corporations and law firms, including Centex Homes, Brightstar Corp., Adorno & Yoss and Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell.
Bourbeau’s vast experience in strategic planning, transaction management and market evaluation have earned him a number of professional accolades. In 2005, he was recognized as an “Up and Comer” by the South Florida Business Journal. In 2006, he received CoStar’s designation as a “Power Broker” in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He has also authored numerous real estate and legal trends articles for publications such as Partner’s Report, the Florida Real Estate Journal and Law Office Administrator.
Prior to joining Newmark, Bourbeau was a corporate managing director for the south Florida office of Studley.
