Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of Internet security solutions, has expanded its offices at 500 Unicorn Park Drive in Woburn, Mass., from 11,600 to 25,645 square feet.
Newmark Principal Chris Curley, a member of the global real estate services firm’s Boston office, represented the Internet security developer in lease negotiations with an ownership entity headed by global investment advisor RREEF.
The expansion space comprises approximately 14,000 square feet of space. Kaspersky is subletting from an adjacent tenant until Dec. 2009, according to Curley. Following expiration of the sublease, Kaspersky will lease the space directly from RREEF for a term of three years and four months.

The 500 Unicorn Park Drive building is located in the six-building/650,000-rentable-squarefoot Unicorn Park. The park is located in the Highway 128 corridor, approximately one mile south of the I-95/I-93 interchange in the Boston suburb of Woburn, Massachusetts.
