Newmark announces the 340,623-square-foot lease of a recently completed, state-of-the-art industrial property on behalf of Thrive Foods (“Thrive”)—a leading manufacturer of freeze-dried products—at 9141 South 13th Street in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Newmark Managing Director Stephen Provancher represented the tenant, Thrive Foods, in their lease of the build-to-suit manufacturing plant.
“Thrive has undergone extensive growth even in the time we were looking for the right space, with a requirement scope that increased several times over from 50,000 square feet and ultimately to 340,000 square feet. Contributing to this growth was the incredible reception from Thrive customers and suppliers as they learned that the company was adding another facility in the Midwest,” said Provancher. “The Oak Creek space was ultimately the best fit for Thrive based on the quality of construction, timing of availability, access to the Interstate and proximity to many employee amenities.”
The brand-new industrial building features LED lighting, 40 loading docks and 50 trailer parking stalls. Well-located, the property is proximate to Highway 100 and the I-94 interchange, and six miles to Milwaukee International Airport. Once fully operational, the new facility is expected to employ 250+ people.
Frontline Commercial Real Estate’s John Schlueter represented the landlord.
