Newmark announces Precious Carter has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Property Management, overseeing operations and staff in its Atlanta, Georgia office. Partnering with the local leasing and investment sales professionals, Carter will assist in furthering collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies for prospective client and business development efforts to grow Newmark’s management portfolio.

With more than 28 years of experience in commercial real estate services, client relationship management and property management, Carter’s dedication to delivering remarkable service has resulted in long-term lease renewals and increased asset value. Boasting a strong track record of enhancing fiscal operations through effective management practices, Carter has led building operations for notable companies including Southern Company Headquarters, MindSpring Corporate Offices, Earthlink Headquarters, Benefit Services, GSA and the Securities Exchange Commission. Prior to joining Newmark, Carter served as the Principal and Regional Vice President of Property Management Services at Avison Young.
