Newmark announces the firm has arranged $13.725 million in acquisition financing for the purchase of Mintworth Commons, a 74-unit townhome complex. Executive Managing Director Henry Stimler
and Director Ricky Warner
facilitated the financing on behalf of buyer Nimes Real Estate.
The financing package locked in a favorable 5.46% all-in rate with full-term interest-only payments for the duration of the five-year loan, providing the sponsor with enhanced financial flexibility and a solid foundation for continued growth.
“By leveraging a highly competitive Fannie Mae acquisition loan, we secured an exceptionally low cost of capital for Nimes Real Estate, enabling them to move forward with confidence and financial flexibility,” said Warner. “This deal underscores Newmark’s ability to deliver tailored capital solutions that align with our clients’ long-term investment goals.”
Mintworth Commons, at 4313 Margaret Wallace Road in Charlotte, features spacious and maintenance-free three-bedroom townhomes for rent. Each unit comes equipped with high-quality finishes, steel appliances and hardwood flooring, with additional security amenities for the community including a license plate reader and security cameras.
