Newmark announces the completion of 116,145 square feet of leasing activity across Campanelli’s Massachusetts office portfolio. Newmark Senior Managing Director Tyler McGrail, Vice Chairman Mike Frisoli and Associate Margaret Fee represented the owner, Campanelli, in the leasing.
Since the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, thirteen leases have been signed. New leases totaled 59,184 square feet, including tenants Aqua-Leisure and PRIME AE Group at 100 Technology Center Drive; Transamerica and Solera Holdings at 250 Royall Street in Canton; and Bay State Physical Therapy at 161 Worcester Road in Framingham. Lease renewals totaled 32,017 square feet and included tenants ReBuild, Greater Boston Urology, Robert Half, FX, Sustainable Energy, Movement Mortgage, Carewell and Connexion.
Prior to the second quarter of 2021, three leases totaling 24,944 square feet were signed to Blume Global at 250 Royall Street, and Aerotek and Moriarty Troyer & Malloy at Adams Place.
