Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Capital Group has added Adam L. Greenberg, CCIM, Michael Lapointe, CFA, and Michael Noll, AIA, members of a highly regarded team with extensive investment sales and debt placement experience, to its powerhouse corps of real estate service professionals based in Miami.

Mssrs. Greenberg and LaPointe join the firm as executive managing directors. Prior to joining NGKF, the two held senior positions at the BayBridge companies based in Florida: BayBridge Real Estate Group, LLC, BayBridge Capital Advisors, LLC and BayBridge Home Lending, LTD.
Mr. Greenberg, a former managing director with BayBridge, has vast experience representing clients in both a financing and brokerage capacity as well as a strategic advisor, and is skilled at guiding transactions from inception to completion. He has specialized in the brokerage of entitled and unentitled development opportunities, condominium conversions, office, retail and portfolio sales. In his capital advisory role, Mr. Greenberg represents clients with senior, mezzanine and equity capital placement, both locally and globally; also, he is practiced at securing construction/bridge, semi-permanent, permanent and structured financing for clients.
Mr. Lapointe, formerly president of the BayBridge companies, has been involved in over $400 million in financing and brokerage transactions in the state. He has experience across all asset classes and submarkets including shopping centers, office buildings, fractured condominiums time share, land and hotels.
Mr. Noll joins NGKF as Associate. He served as the principal of an architecture and construction consulting firm, M3 Design + Development, for the previous seven years, concurrently with his position as Associate at BayBridge. In addition to his construction and architectural expertise, he possesses a skill set that includes financial and technical aspects of real estate. As a licensed architect and development consultant, Mr. Noll has advised on over $750 million worth of construction projects in the South Florida area.
