Newmark is pleased to announce the hiring of commercial real estate industry veteran David Koch as Executive Managing Director. Koch will join Newmark’s Pittsburgh office where he will add to the depth of the office, capital markets and industrial teams. “We are thrilled to bring David’s expertise to the Pittsburgh office,” said Jim Clark, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. “His extensive experience and fluency with the issues that matter most to the occupier, landlord or investor will be a valuable asset to our operations.”
