Newmark announces the firm has strengthened its Office Leasing, Occupier Solutions and Investment Sales business lines in Paris, with the strategic recruitment of several leading professionals, including:
- Arthur Saunier will commence his role as Head of Office Leasing at the end of January. His team will include Ania Belkhir and Artiom Kreskine as Associate Directors and Foucauld Bussière as Associate.
- Romina Santamaria joins as Director and head of office leasing for properties smaller than 1,000 m².
- Thanie Khau has become Newmark’s first Senior Consultant in the Occupier Solutions business for France.
- Malo Lacroixhas joined the Investment Sales team as Retail Investment Director.

Arthur Saunier is a recognized real estate consulting specialist who spent 14 years with JLL as a Senior Broker and leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Major Projects team for 5 years
Ania Belkhir, Artiom Kreskine and Foucauld Bussière bring years of experience in the France office agency leasing sector. They have spent time at such companies as Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, NCT, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Barnes.
Romina Santamaria joins after working most recently as Deputy Director of the PMS Centre de Paris team at CBRE, and was previously a Consultant in Knight Frank’s Paris office department.
Thanie Khau has a wealth of experience in real estate project management and real estate strategy consulting for French and international clients, with previous employers including Upside, Korian and JLL.
Malo Lacroix joins from Knight Frank, and has previously worked for Klépierre Management and BNP Paribas REIM.
