Seth Weinstein and Mitch Wolff, managing principals for the Dallas office of Newmark, have announced that industry veteran and recognized top broker Jeff Eiting has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director. In this position, Eiting will be responsible for extending Newmark’s reach in the area of corporate services, as well as to continue to focus on Dallas/Fort Worth.

Eiting last served as a director within the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he and his team completed transactions ranging from local deals to large corporate headquarter relocations, as well as other major assignments. In addition to traditional brokerage, Eiting’s experience also includes significant multi-market strategic planning and real estate portfolio advisory. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Eiting and his team were consistent top producers for CBRE. In total, Eiting has facilitated approximately 16 million square feet of assets nationally, valued at more than $1.23 billion.
Eiting is consistently recognized as a Dallas Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” and has been the recipient of “Best Real Estate Deal” on multiple occasions. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Eiting is involved with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the Dallas Museum of Art.
Eiting holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
