Newmark has arranged the $2,550,000 purchase of 75 Jackson Avenue in Syosset, N.Y., on behalf of its client, a joint venture of Glen Cove-based General Anesthesia Services, LLP and Lake Success-based CPA and business advisory firm, Lion & Company CPA’s, LLP.
Newmark Managing Director Scott Berfas and Director Michael Silver represented both groups in the transaction. Both businesses plan to relocate their administrative functions to the 13,000-square-foot office building. Occupancy is scheduled for summer 2010.
