210 Bonair Drive is a one-story, 33,530 square foot industrial building built in 1960 and renovated in the early 2000’s. The building is situated on approximately 1.9 acres of land in East Montgomery County and is located within minutes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Street Road, County Line Road and Route 611.
