Newmark and The Staubach Company-Southeast announced that the companies have been hired to develop and implement a long-term real estate strategy for the Atlanta office of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC – a leading Southeastern/Mid-Atlantic law firm. Currently, Womble Carlyle is located in the One Atlantic Center building at 1201 West Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. The firm is evaluating its present location and space needs, as well as a future strategy to accommodate the anticipated growth of the Atlanta office. The firm’s square footage requirement should exceed 100,000 square feet over the near term.

Newmark and Staubach both have extensive experience representing law firms. A combined team of real estate professionals, including Newmark’s Patrick Duffy and Bert Sanders, and Staubach’s Keene Reese and Brad Armstrong, will work together to coordinate the project.
