Newmark is pleased to announce the promotion of tenant advisory expert Jim Damiani, CCIM, SIOR, to Vice Chairman. Damiani leads a team of highly experienced professionals that specializes in tenant/buyer representation for local and national firms in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market and across the globe.
With more than 35 years of experience, Damiani is regarded as among the most successful and recognized leaders in the Minneapolis commercial real estate market, known for his highly curated and hands-on approach to his clients. Throughout his tenure at Newmark, Damiani has closed over 300 transactions, representing 6 million square feet and an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Additionally, he spearheaded the development of a propriety database that helps support efforts to recruit, engage and retain a productive workforce and obtain the best economic transaction with maximum lease flexibility for the client.
