Newmark announces it has promoted Lisa DeNight to Managing Director, Head of North American Industrial Research. In her expanded role, DeNight will lead all industrial research across the U.S., Canada and Latin America – the latter with a focus on Mexico. She will drive the strategy and elevation of the sector’s research offering for a more comprehensive perspective on the industrial dynamics that continue to shape North America. DeNight will work closely with Director, Head of Canada Research Andrew Petrozzi and Director, Head of Latin America Research Mauricio Mondragon Yepez.

With 15 years of experience, she rejoined Newmark in 2019 after holding a senior research position at CBRE.
