Newmark announces a lease signing on behalf of Immunome, a biotechnology company, at Alloy Innovation Center in Bothell, WA. In addition to its current 29,344 square feet, the lease also includes potential to more than double in size.
Newmark Executive Managing Director Tim O’Keefe and Director Brody O’Keefe represented Immunome. Newmark has advised Immunome since its merger with Morphimmune.
“The decision to lease at Alloy Innovation Center aligns with Immunome’s growth trajectory and the need for cost-effective, state-of-the-art facilities that support next-generation antibody-drug conjugate discovery,” said Max Rosett, Chief Financial Officer at Immunome.
“Achieving flexibility to accommodate growth while requiring immediate occupancy was crucial for Immunome,” said Tim O’Keefe. “By taking spec-built office and lab space, Immunome is well-positioned to continue its phenomenal growth, even in a challenging time for the broader industry.”
Strategically located the Eastside life science hub of Bothell, Alloy Innovation Center provides Immunome and other healthcare innovators with custom lab space, creative office facilities and cutting edge amenities purposely designed to facilitate innovation, collaboration and operational efficiency. The six-building campus is owned and managed by West | Tech Properties and Alloy Properties, a portfolio company of TPG Real Estate.
