Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce it has added to the array of corporate real estate services it provides with the addition of Tamar Moy as senior managing director. In this role, Moy will be tasked with leading the expansion of NGKF’s Workplace Strategy group, which is focused on providing upfront research to impact real estate decisions resulting in peak performance and reduced costs for the tenant. The broadened services will also offer corporate clients customized strategy and advice on designing and managing the work space to ensure productivity, engagement and a culture that will promote recruitment and retention.
Before joining NGKF, Moy served as Director of Workplace Strategy at Perkins Eastman for three years; a Senior Workplace Strategist at HLW International LLP for four years and a Workplace Strategist & Interior Designer at Gensler for eight years. Moy earned a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from New York School of Interior Design. In her role at NGKF, she will report to Chief Administrative Officer Alison Lewis.
