Clay Vaughn, senior managing director for the Dallas office of Newmark, negotiated a new lease on behalf of Payment Relief Center, a debt settlement solutions provider. The transaction was for 18,000 square feet in the Parkwood at Frisco Bridges building at 3803 Parkwood Boulevard in Plano.
This lease provides Payment Relief Center with its new headquarters location, and will house up to 100 employees by the end of the year. While Mr. Vaughn represented the tenant, Clint Madison of CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Sealy and Company.
“This is a well located property that will provide Payment Relief Center with the flexibility that they need for expansion,” said Vaughn. “We look forward to assisting with any future needs they will have.”
