Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that Bleachers, a live streaming media company, has signed a long-term lease for 9,500 square feet at 2 River Bend Center. NGKF Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick and Director Brad Soules led the transaction on behalf of the owner, River Bend Center, LLC.
Bleachers’ lease represents a relocation for the firm from within the Stamford area and comprises the first floor of the three-story, multi-tenanted, office building. 2 River Bend Center is nestled along the Noroton River and tributary pond, providing a beautiful campus workspace setting. Bleachers will take occupancy during the first quarter of 2017.
“River Bend Center has been home to many high technology companies since its founding and we’re pleased Bleachers is making River Bend its future home,” said property manager Jonathan Turner.
