Washington Metro Area MegaTrends: A 2017 Update

We are pleased to introduce the newest white paper in NGKF’s Thought Leadership Series. This study covers five MegaTrends impacting Washington area commercial real estate in 2017. We presented three of these trends at our BenchMarks DC research conference last November.
