Aaron Katz joined Newmark in 2004 and currently serves as Chairman of Law Firm Advisory Services in the company’s Washington, DC, office. Katz advises global law firms in their strategic real estate planning and implementation. A 30-year corporate real estate veteran, Katz has completed more than $4 billion in transactions involving more than 6 million square feet.
Prior to joining Newmark, Katz was affiliated with CB Richard Ellis, following that firm’s acquisition of Insignia/ESG. At Insignia/ESG, Katz co-founded the Law Firm Advisory Group and was named the firm’s top producer of 2001 for the Mid-Atlantic region.
