Adam Randall is a Vice Chairman with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Tysons office. He joined the company’s predecessor firm in 1996. Randall’s primary responsibilities include originating multifamily loans nationwide.
Randall has experience structuring loans collateralized by conventional multifamily, student housing and seniors housing. He has worked on loan requests that have included tax-exempt bonds and tax credits, as well as structured complex credit facilities and affordable forwards. Since 2001, he has closed approximately $7 billion of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, commercial and bridge loans.
